The closest California smog check station near Las Vegas, Nevada is in
Barstow, California located of the 15 freeway. You'll need to bring your
vehicle back to California to get a smog inspection. All vehicles registered
in California but currently in Mexico or Nevada need to come back to
California to complete a smog inspection. Vehicles' in other states can
complete a DMV "Statement of Facts" form indicating the vehicle is out of
state other then Nevada or Mexico and the registration tags will be mailed
to the location of the vehicle without a smog check certificate being
