Will a 2008 Nissan Sentra from Idaho Pass CA Smog?

I am thinking about purchasing a 2008 Nissan Sentra from Idaho and I am concerned that it will cost me big bucks to get it to pass California emissions. It is very low mileage, but will I have to add some kind of smog pump or special exhaust system to pass the California smog check?
