I have a 1995 Honda Accord with a SALVAGE title. Can I still qualify to retire it for the $1500?

It is currently registered and I qualify in all other ways. It also say nothing on the website about a salvage title disqualifying the car but I have previously been told that would be the case so can I retire it?

ANSWER:  

No, unfortunately you can not retire your Salvage title Honda Accord. CAP has restrictions against salvage vehicles.
