REBATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Purchase must be made using a coupon code at a participating smog inspection facility listed on SmogTips.com. Final smog inspection price of $17.95 applies to labor cost only and excludes all fees and additional charges. Rebate must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Maximum rebate amount paid ($22). Limit 1 rebate per purchase per household. Offer good only in California. Rebates will be issued in US dollars, in the form of a Visa prepaid card or check. Offer not valid for 1999 & older vehicles, vans, trucks, SUVs, RVs, or smog tests with labor cost exceeding $39.95. Rebate is not transferrable. All submitted proofs become the property of SmogTips and cannot be returned. SmogTips is not responsible for lost or mis-directed mail and illegible entries. Keep a copy for your file.
