2003 BMW 324XI in California But Registered in Washington
My 2003 BMW 324XI is currently due for an emissions test / smog test before I can complete registration and receive my new tags. I'm from Washington state (have Washington drivers license, plates, registration, etc.) but just drove my car down to California as I'm a full-time college student. Is it possible for me to waive the test and still receive my tabs? How would I go about doing so? Thanks!

Do not test obtain a smog test in California, or any other state. Smog tests from other states are not accepted in Washington. Download and print the Out of Area Form or contact a vehicle licensing office.
