2001 Toyota RAV4 Electronic Smog Check Results Sent

I understand according to my Vehicle Registration Renewal Notice that I can take my Toyota RAV4 to any smog check certification place ... But I'd like to go to one I know will do the smog check and then send the certificate electronically to the DMV for me like last time... Any suggestions?
