Toyota Land Cruisers 1982, 1993 & 1997 from Florida

Toyota Land Cruisers: 1982, 1993 & 1997. I have 3 Land Cruisers registered in Florida. These 3 cars are going to an auction in Los Angeles, and I need them to pass California emissions. How can I fix them in Florida before taking them to LA? Many thanks.
