Mitsubishi 3000GT Anti-Lock Brake light is on. Will it pass smog check?

1994 Mitsubishi 3000GT has the Anit-Lock and the Tour/Sport light on and flashing. I need to get a test only smog check. Will is pass the smog inpection with these lights on in California?

ANSWER:  

The California smog check does not inspect the Anti-Lock or vehicle Traction Control systems. Your Mitsubishi will not fail the smog test if these lights are on... however if the smog technician feels either of these systems might cause a safety concern during the smog inspection, he/she may refuse to inspect your car.
