How much will it cost to get temporary registeration tags from the DMV in California?

My car has a temporary registration tag sticker on my rear window in my car. Registration renewal was due in June. I havn't had the money to get my car fixed beacuse it did not pass smog test. How much will it cost to get another temporary sticker?


Answer:		The DMV charges $50.00 for temporary registration tags. You will have to give them a good reason why the first temporary tags did not give you enough time to get your vehicle fixed. Usually they only give you temporary tags one time. Have you looked into applying for the Cap Smog Repair Assistance program?
