Do I need to get my Toyota Camry smog checked if I want to get a PNO?
Do you need a smog check certificate for a Planned Nonoperation vehicle? I want to PNO my Toyota Camry, but know it won't pass the smog check and I won't get a smog certificate for it.

No smog certificate is needed for a planned non op. Just tell the DMV you
will not be driving this vehicle on public roadways for the near future. You
won't need insurance or smog check.
