Saab 1993 9000 CSE - Do I have to fail the smog check to apply for vehicle retirement?
I am curious if my vehicle needs to have a failed smog test to sell to the retired buy back program

CAP vehicle retirement program is now accepting vehicles for any reason and at anytime. Your 1993 Saab doesn't need to fail a smog check in order to be eligible.
