My 1987 Toyota Celica GT failed CA smog check.
It passed all visual and other tests but one--I don't recall which, but it wasn't the NOX--and only 20 points over the limit. Out of work so I have to be cheap--which components are most important to fix first: distributor cap & wires, rotor, plugs, oil change, air filter, O2 sensor? I'd really appreciate your help.

It's important for us to know exactly which emission was 20 points to high
in order to give you some options.
