Can I get a smog check in another county?

I live in El Dorado county and own a vehicle that needs a smog check this year. The vehicle is in my name, but my daughter is using it in another county (Ventura County). Can my daughter get the smog check done in Ventura county, or does she need to drive it all the way to El Dorado county to get it checked?

The CA Smog Check divides the State into four different smog check "Program Types": Enhanced, Partially Enhanced, Basic, and Change-of-Ownership Areas. The county in which a vehicle is registered will determine which type of smog check program the vehicle falls under. Vehicles which are registered in Basic smog test program county can obtain a smog check in any county within California. Vehicles which fall under the Enhanced program area can only obtain a smog check in an Enhanced county. Currently Ventura county is under the Enhanced Smog Check Program. El Dorado county is a Basic smog check area. A vehicle registered in El Dorado county can obtain a smog check in Ventura; the opposite however can not be done.
