1991 Honda Accord 2.2L - Failing Smog Check in HC, CO and NOx.

My 1991 honda accord failed smog test. I'v already replaced spark plugs, distributor cap, Oil change & filter, timing adjusted, pipe & muffler, and ignition lock cylinder.
