2003 Acura RSX Smog Check Repair Assistance

2003 Acura RSX, so I have this car I got handed down to me. I have to get a STAR smog check but I know I'm going to fail because of my catalytic converter, some connections and I got check engine light on and maintenance light on.

I know It's going to be really expensive and I'm low on money paying college bills, I got a baby on the way, and my tags I paid for won't come in until I pass my smog test. I was wondering if there is any benefits or help to get my smog and car back to normal.
