Your Mercury should have no trouble passing the California emissions test.
Used cars being brought in to California can pass the smog test as long as
there emissions fall within California smog check emission limits; without
the need to add additional smog components or smog parts. Just make sure
your Mercury Villager is in good running condition and no check engine light
on.
