Inspection of the ABS light is not part of the smog inspection process and its illumination will not cause your 1993 Chevy G20 Van to fail the smog check. Unless your Chevy Van is deemed unsafe to drive (on the dynamometer) by the smog technician because of the reason the ABS light is on, you should not have a problem having a smog check administered; and passing the smog check if all emissions systems are ok.
