1995 Mazda truck failed test and applying for vehicle buy back for 1,000 dollars.
My question is how does the state know that my vehicle failed the smog test when I didn't have to send that in with the application? All I sent was the application for the vehicle retirement and with just that info they are going to know the car is too expensive to fix so I am chosing this route - retiring it to your program.
