I am having trouble with getting a smog station to smog my VW Vanagon with my BAR label. No one will even enter it into their computer. They only tell me to take some where else. My registration has expired so I can only get 1 day moving permits because no one will smog check it. I have a BAR label permitting the engine upgrade to a 2000 passat 1.8t OBD 2 compliant. Can you help?
