Will Dodge Ram Van from Washington Pass in California?

I've just purchased a 1987 Dodge Ram Plotter campervan in Washington. Although not required in Washington, I had a smog test done on it and it passed. I want to register the vehicle in California. Will it pass the California smog test since it passed the Washington one? Do Washington and California apply the same standards?
