Any California certified smog check center should be able to smog test your
Ford 250 diesel pick up. Since January 01, 2010 all smog test centers
including regular smog stations, smog test only centers and gold shield smog
check and repair shops have been upgraded to inspect diesel vehicles, cars
and trucks. Call the smog station of you choice first, tell them you have a
1999 Ford Diesel 250 Pickup and then visit them. Some times due to space
constraints smog stations what to smog large trucks with an appointment.
