How many miles does a brand new 2016 Subaru Outback need on it before it can be smog checked? We live in South Lake Tahoe and bought the 2016 Subaru Outback in Reno, NV because it was the closest dealership. I know it conforms to California emissions. We do not drive a lot of miles up here and we are not sure we will be able to get the desired number of miles on the vehicle before the registration deadline. Thanks in advance.
