Does a 1976 Chevy K5 Blazer 4x4 Need a CAT and Smog Pump?

Hello. I'd like to know if my 1976 Chevy K5 Blazer 4x4 (with 400ci engine) need a catalytic converter or smog pump to pass the California emissions test?

Answer:

The 1976 Chevy Blazer K5 4 x 4, with the GVWR of 4371 must be equipped with a PUMP style air injection system and one OC type catalytic converter, in order to pass the California smog check.
