Just smogged our Ford Mustang 4 months ago and now selling. What type of smog check do we need?

We were required to have a "test only" smog check done on our Ford Mustang when we renewed our car 4 months ago. We are now selling the Mustang and I understand we need to have it smogged again. My question is do we have to do a "test only" certification again, or can we have the regular certification done?
