2000 Dodge Neon ES. Can I smog it in Sacramento instead of Yolo county?
If my vehicle is registered in Yolo county, do I have to get it smogged in Yolo county? Or can I get it smogged in Sacramento county? It would be much easier for me to smog it in Sacramento county.
