You will need to contact Winnebago and have them mail out a new sticker for
your RV. A missing emission sticker will not cause your Winnebago to fail
the smog check; there's no worry there. For informational purposes the
sticker is good to have. It should indicate whether your 2003 Winnebago is
49 state or 50 state emissions certified, as well as which emissions
components your Winnebago is equipped with.
