You can always retire the vehicle to the state of California under the CAP
(consumer assistance program). They will pay you $1000.00 dollars for it,
assuming it has been register in your name for the past two years, and it
has no emission system tampers.
Or you can apply for the CAP program and have them pay up to $500.00 to get
