Diagrams or smog parts needed for 1990 Chevy Silverado. 350 TBI

I've been told my truck came with a smog pump. I know then that I will need a diverter valve and air injection reactor rails. The question I have is all the d-valves I see have an electronic plug on them. What does that go to? I have no loose wires or plugs under my hood and no 'trouble light' comes on. Can you tell me everything I need and or point me in the right direction? I can't find anything in my Chilton repair manual or on line.


Answer:		All emission applications guides we've looked up indicate your Chevy truck came with an Air Injection unit. However we have not found any data indicating the Smog Pump Diverter Valve is electronic. Please confirm the information you've received with an expert auto parts store. posted by SmogTips Support
