1996 Honda Accord LX - Selling it, will it need a smog test?

I live in an area that is relatively remote and not impacted by smog, so in the past I have not been required to have smog tests. Now that I am selling my 1996 Honda Accord I am wondering if I need to have it smog tested. Thanks, Whitney Meier
