1994 Isuzu Rodeo Alaska Title/Odometer Reflects: EXEMPT. Does it need a smog inspection?

I purchased (3/10/10) a 1994 Isuzu Rodeo with Alaska Title and Odometer Reflects: EXEMPT and NO plate. Does it mean that a Smog Check is not required for this vehicle?


Answer:		All vehicles brought into California need to undergo a California smog inspection in order to register in California and receive a California title.
