If you've already registered your Jeep CJ-8 in California (which we have to assume you have), then no, no additional components will be required when selling it. Having it registered in California when you initially purchased it meant you had to have smog checked it, and that it passed the smog test with the smog components which it was shipped to the United States with. No further smog upgrades should be required.
