We just bought a used 1998 Fleetwood Pace Arrow motorhome -30Ft

We just bought a 1998 Fleetwood Pace Arrow motorhome from a small dealer. He had the RV smogged and it passed. Now that we brought it home, he called and said he forgot to charge us for the smog. Do we pay for this? We paid for the RV in cash.


Answer:		As far as we know, there's nothing in the law that says you have to pay for the smog test. This may just be the dealership's policy. I think they would have had to put all this in writing prior to you paying for the motorhome. It may be too late for them to charge you now.
