1998 ford windstar approx 140K miles and will it pass the SMOG test?

1. Will it pass smog test? Or I will need additional repairs/tune up.

2. Is it worth spending $1200 in transportation?

Answer:		If your Ford Windstar was well maintained there is no reason for it to fail the California smog check. No additional smog check components are needed to pass a smog inspection in California. As far as, is it worth bringing into California... only you can answer that. Our opinion is that... yes.
