I have a 99 Saturn I would like to retire to the CA $1000 early retirement program. Does the program require me to be the owner of the car for a certain amount of time?

Do you know how long I have had to own the vehicle to qualify?

You must have owned your vehicle for at least 2 years before being eligible for CAP retirement.
