My 1995 Ford Windstar has a bad valve and failed the smog test. What can I do?
I've known people who turned in their defective vehicles which can't pass the smog check into the state for money...is this still possible? I can't afford the $2,000 to get it fixed!

If you've owned your Ford Windstar for at least the last two years, and it's currently registered, you may retire it to the State for $1500.
