Computer failure Chrysler town and country 2003

The computer failure is the only reason my van failed the smog test. They want $900 to replace it because the memory is full and can't be reset. Is there a way I can register my car using just an emissions test and not one that requires computer communication.


Answer:		The smog check consists of three portions; emissions, functional, and visual. Your Chrysler's computer problem falls under the functional portion of the smog test.
