There is a Service Bulletin issued by Nissan regarding Trouble Code P1148 and P1031 for the Nissan Quest which we've attached a copy of below. The Service Bulletin requires the reprogramming of your Nissan Quest's ECM, to be performed by a certified Nissan technician.

Trouble Code P1148 refers to a faulty Heated Oxygen Sensor 1 Bank 1.
Trouble Code P1031 refers to Faulty Air Fuel Ratio Sensor 1 Bank 1.
If after the ECM reprogramming your Nissan Quest triggers the same trouble codes (P1148 and P1031), these components should be diagnosed.
