Can't Afford to Fix Honda CRV to Pass Smog Test

My 2000 Honda CRV is my only transportation to school and work and I can't afford to fix it to pass smog check. I have two major oil leaks, one in my oil pan and one in my head gasket, and a crack in my radiator. Can you help me fix it so I can register and not worry about getting pulled over and totally screwed?
