1995 BMW M3 High Nox only in California
Hi i've been trying to pass smog ( failed 4 times) I installed new cats, new maf, new vacuum hose, pretty much everything is new and the engine was recently rebuilt... There might be a rear main seal leak.
Nox is almost double the smog requirement.
